A joint international conference and congress organised by the Portuguese association Tecnicelpa and Iberoamerican network CIADICYP was planned for next October. Today, in a communication sent to their partners, speakers and delegates, it has been announced that in spite of the very significant number of submitted abstracts, enough to guarantee in normal conditions a successful event, the limitations of social contact, economic instability and free mobility, led the organizers to conclude that the risk of not having the adequate and safe conditions to proceed with their conference in October, is very high. Thus, the Organizing Committee has decided to postpone the Conference to March 10, 11 and 12, 2021. The venue will be the same as previously defined: the city of Coimbra.
