In his most recent position, Roman served as the Business Director for both the power transmission and machined components categories, providing him with an in-depth understanding of Tasowheel’s business and market dynamics. This gives the future CEO an excellent foundation to navigate the constantly evolving landscape of our industry.
Roman’s leadership is characterized by a strong focus on customer satisfaction and fostering a collaborative culture—principles that align closely with Tasowheel’s values as a family-owned business. As he steps into the role of CEO, Roman expresses his enthusiasm for the future, stating,
