Runtech Systems delivers two RunEco vacuum systems to Shanying International, at its Zhaoqing mill in China. RunEco systems will provide vacuum for the two new linerboard machines PM52 and PM53 with design speed of 1,200 m/min and wire width of 9,300 mm. The delivery consists of 15 EP Turbo Blowers, Ecoflow dewatering measurements for press and wire sections, and parts for the concrete water separators. Start-up is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022.
“We are happy to continue the good cooperation with Shanying International. The energy efficiency and good operating experiences of the previous EP Turbo Blower installations convinced the customer to continue with this technology,” says Wen Le, Site Leader, Runtech Systems.

Impellers mounted directly on the motor shaft make the construction simple with only two bearings in the whole EP Turbo Blower. Compact construction makes the installation fast and easy.
