PulPaper 2022 opened its doors this week in Helsinki for a 3-day exhibition and conference at the Messekeskus. The pandemic had forced the organisers to postpone the event twice. In the meantime, in April last year a virtual event had allowed the participants to maintain contact.
This edition is taking place jointly with ChemBio Finland.
The conference programme with themes like IT & Automation, Environment & Sustainability, Safety and Risk Management, New Textile Products and Efficient Packaging Solutions, along with the Green Economy Business Summit offers delegate a wide range of sessions to choose from.
The gala dinner at the impressive Helsinki Music Center promises to be memorable.
On the last day, students are invited to the exhibition for the PulPaper Talent Day. A good opportunity to attract young professionals at a time when human resources are a challenge in the industry.
With over 300 exhibitors, the show is certainly the largest in Northern Europe. Among them, Runtech will not regret its participation as the company managed to sell its latest blower displayed on-site. The RunEco EP1000 Turbo Blower featuring active magnetic bearings is was acquired by the Turkish board producer Ankutsan while visiting the show.
