ProJet will deliver four new wet end Tail Cutters to the Brazilian pulp producer Bracell. The order was included in ProJet’s January ‘23 orders received. The value of the order will not be disclosed.
ProJet supplies almost exclusively al Tail Cutters to Andritz Austria in the past years, now also Andritz China selected ProJet as the preferred supplier. The total of 4 Tail Cutters will be supplied to the 4 new Andritz Tissue machines for Bracell SP Celulose Ltda. being four PrimeLineTM W 2000 tissue production lines to its mill located in Lençóis Paulista, São Paulo. The four tissue machines are of the type PrimeLineTM W 2000, with a design speed of 2,100 m/min and a working width of 5.68 m. They are equipped with fully cantilevered shoe presses for gentle dewatering and easy maintenance and 18 ft. steel Yankees with steam-heated hoods for energy-efficient drying. The lines will produce household paper, such as toilet paper, napkins, handkerchiefs, towels and facial tissue.
All Tail Cutters will manufactured in AISI316 stainless steel throughout and are known for their high reliability. The equipment is scheduled to be delivered in 2023 and installation & start-up in 2024.
