Ms. Palm starts her work at Palm well prepared after completing her bachelor’s and master’s degree in business administration and several years of professional experience. Over the next few years, she will familiarise herself with all departments of the family business and progres-sively take over areas of responsibility from the 4th generation.
“My aim is clearly to continue the dynamic development of Palm in the future. For me, this in-cludes a high willingness to innovate and invest as well as the long-term continuation of the tra-ditional values of the Palm family business such as absolute reliability, loyalty and entrepreneur-ial passion,” says Marina Palm.
A strong basis for Palm’s future has already been created: With state-of-the-art facilities in a total of 33 plants and the production of corrugated base paper, newsprint and packaging on a 100% recycled basis, Palm is well prepared for a successful future characterised by the con-cept of sustainability.
Ms. Palm is particularly looking forward to successfully developing the independent family busi-ness Palm together with all employees.
