The Board of Directors of Mare S.p.A. is honored to formally announce the appointment of Jonas Boström as Chief Executive Officer, effective January 2025.
Jonas Boström brings with him over two decades of senior leadership positions at Nalco earlier and at Solenis more recently, with extensive expertise in the paper and chemical industries. He has consistently fostered growth and demonstrated a solid capability in managing people, identifying their potential, and nurturing their development.
Mare S.p.A. will remain the central pillar of Mare Holding S.p.A. (Mare Group) investment portfolio.
