Lucart, the Italian multinational group known for the Tenderly, Tutto Pannocarta, Grazie EcoNatural and Lucart Professional brands, announces the Board of Directors renewal with Francesco Pasquini appointed as CEO. Massimo Pasquini, who has led the Group since 2004, is confirmed as Chairman.
After signing the transaction with which Azzurra Capital acquires a strategic shareholding in Pasfin S.p.A., the holding company that entirely controls Lucart S.p.A., the Board of Directors members are now: Massimo Pasquini – Chairman; Francesco Pasquini – Chief Executive Officer; Alessandro Pasquini, Lorenzo Pasquini and Tommaso De Luca – Executive Directors; GianErnesto Bernardi, Cristina Ferrari, Federico Lovadina and Massimo Innocenti – Non-Executive Directors.

Francesco Pasquini, 44, joined Lucart in 2005 after earning a degree in Economics of Financial Institutions and Markets from Bocconi University in Milan. We worked in Europe and China in the banking and business consulting sector. He has been a member of the Board of Directors since 2021 and today will continue to hold the position of Group Sales and Marketing Director, coordinating the three business areas (Away from Home, Consumer, Business to Business).
