The site is normally accessible at all times to users. However, an interruption for technical maintenance may be decided by the publisher, who will endeavor to communicate the dates and times of intervention to users in advance.

The site is regularly updated by the publisher. Similarly, legal mentions may be modified at any time: they nonetheless apply to the user who is invited to refer to them as often as possible to become aware of them.

Description of Services Provided

The publisher strives to provide the most accurate information possible on the site. However, it cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, and gaps in updates, whether due to its own actions or those of third-party partners providing this information.

All information indicated on the site is given as an indication and is subject to change. Moreover, the information on the site is not exhaustive. It is provided subject to modifications made since its online publication.

Contractual Limitations on Technical Data

The site uses JavaScript technology.

The website cannot be held responsible for material damages related to site use. Additionally, the site user commits to accessing the site using recent equipment, free of viruses, and with an up-to-date, latest-generation browser.

Intellectual Property and Counterfeiting

The publisher is the direct owner of intellectual property rights, or holds usage and/or reproduction rights for all elements accessible on the site, including texts, images, graphics, logos, icons, sounds, and software.

However, it cannot be held responsible for any failures in this regard by external authors on whose behalf information is relayed.

Personal Data Management

In France, personal data is notably protected by Law No. 78-87 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

When using the site, the following may be collected: the URL of links through which the user accessed the site, the user’s access provider, and the user’s Internet Protocol (IP) address.

In any case, the publisher only collects personal information about the user for the needs of certain services offered by the site (contact, notification email). The user provides this information with full knowledge, particularly when entering it themselves. The user is then informed of the obligation or not to provide this information.

In accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 and following of Law 78-17 of January 6, 1978, relating to computing, files, and freedoms, any user has the right of access, rectification, and opposition to personal data concerning them. This can be done by sending a written and signed request, accompanied by a copy of an identity document with the holder’s signature, specifying the address to which the response should be sent.

No personal information from the site user is published without the user’s knowledge, exchanged, transferred, assigned, or sold on any medium to other third parties. Only the hypothesis of the publisher’s buyout and its rights would allow the transmission of said information to a potential buyer, who would in turn be bound by the same obligation of data conservation and modification with respect to the site user.

Databases are protected by the provisions of the law of July 1, 1998, transposing the directive 96/9 of March 11, 1996, relating to the legal protection of databases.

You have the option to register on the telephone canvassing opt-out list accessible at http://www.bloctel.gouv.fr.
