Key Account Manager Business Unit Paper (f/m/d)
Tasks
- First point of contact for our customers
- Responsible for the entire offering and contract negotiation process up to successful conclusion through continuous visits to customers in the respective sales territory
- Support of multi-talent salespeople worldwide
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to explain a value proposition to varying levels of an organization
- Work closely with the customers and internal team (engineering, product management and customer service support) to ensure the system meets the customer requirements
- Provide market feedback, ideas and trends as well as competition benchmark information to marketing and product development teams
- Consultative sales of ISRA paper systems mainly in DACH region, but can be extended depending on the candidate to cover also Eastern Europe and at a later stage other potential markets
We expect of you
- At least 3 – 5 years of technical B2B sales experience of products and systems, any insights in preferably Machine Vision Systems or Industrial Automation within the paper industry is advantageous
- Engineering knowledge is helpful, automation or electrical engineering are clear plusses
- Effective communication skills in English and in German to establish customer rapport and acceptance, further language skills are a plus
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working, but still a team player
- Commitment to travel both nationally and internationally, approx. 60-80 overnight hotel stays/year
- Competence in basic IT-tools necessary, i.e. MS Office. Knowledge of SalesForce is an advantage
