For more than 10 years, OrganoClick has developed biobased and biodegradable binders that can replace fossil plastic binders in nonwoven and specialty paper. In collaboration with Duni, the leading manufacturer of premium napkins, completely fossil-free and biodegradable premium napkins have been developed for several years. Duni is now announcing its upcoming launch of fossil-free napkins using
OrganoClick’s bio-basedbinders. OrganoClick’s biobased and biodegradable binders have been developed from waste residues inthe food industry with biopolymers from orange peel, lemon peel, maize and shrimp shells. In February, OrganoClick announced its first major agreement with an unnamed leading nonwoven manufacturer to begin using OrganoClick’s biobased binders. Duni now announces OrganoClick’s and Duni’s long-standing collaboration in developing fossil-free premium napkins and their upcoming launch.
