Reflex GmbH & Co. KG, a prominent manufacturer renowned for producing high-quality graphic fine papers, uncoated label paper, tracing paper, and other specialty papers, announced last week that Dr.-Ing. Tiemo Arndt will be named as the incoming Managing Director. Dr. Arndt will assume this pivotal role within the company, headquartered in Düren, commencing September 1st, 2023.
Having served as the Head of the Technology Department since September 1st, 2022, Dr.-Ing. Tiemo Arndt has been an integral part of the company’s operations. His tenure in this capacity has provided him with profound insights into the organization’s processes, contributing significantly to heightened efficiency. Notably, he brings with him 16 years of experience from various roles at the Papiertechnische Stiftung.
During the transition period until the year’s end, Dr. Arndt will work in tandem with the incumbent Managing Director, Michael Sablatnig. Sablatnig, who has successfully steered Reflex’s growth over the past five years, will collaborate with Dr. Arndt to ensure a smooth handover. Effective January 1st, 2024, Dr. Arndt will assume full responsibility as the sole Managing Director, guiding the company’s future trajectory.
