Mr. Mika Ollikainen has been appointed General Manager, Core Link Oy, a specialist in handling systems for the paper industry, with responsibility of managing Core Link’s roll handling business worldwide in line with Core Link Group’s corporate strategy as of 1st of January, 2024. He reports to Mr. Jörgen Jensen, CEO of Core Link AB and Core Link Group and will be member of Core Link Group’s management team. With his extensive experience with the global paper making business Mika is well positioned to help Core Link achieve its targets.
Prior to joining Core Link, Mika has held several managerial positions in Valmet Corporation. The common denominator throughout his career has been the focus on customers in helping them achieve their targets and success in their projects and everyday operations.
Mika is an alumnus of Tampere University of Technology where he holds a M.Sc. Eng. degree. He is a member of the Finnish Forest Products Engineers’ Association.
