AstenJohnson, today announced an important leadership transition within its PMC Eurasia division. After an esteemed 30-year career with the company, Matt Krauss, President of PMC Eurasia, has decided to retire, effective June 30, 2025.
During his tenure, Matt has played a pivotal role in shaping AstenJohnson’s success and culture on a global scale. His leadership has been instrumental in navigating complex challenges, building strong relationships with colleagues and customers, and driving the organization’s growth. The company expresses profound gratitude for Matt’s vision, dedication, and exemplary service over the years.
As AstenJohnson prepares for this transition, the company is pleased to announce the appointment of Marco Esper as the new President of PMC Eurasia, effective January 1, 2025. Marco brings 18 years of experience in the paper industry, with a distinguished track record in various leadership roles at Voith and as Chief Executive Officer of Heimbach in Düren. His expertise and innovative approach will ensure a seamless continuation of the strong foundation laid by Matt Krauss.
