The Commercial Court of Nanterre met today to consider the takeover offers of the Arjowiggins French factories based in Bessé-sur-Braye, Le Bourray and Greenfield.
According to “France Bleue Maine” media, the court was not convinced by the Norwegian buyer, Lessebo, represented by Terje Haglund. Lessebo is the only company that made an offer for the takeover of the three sites. The court is expected to issue its final decision on March 26.
