Ari-Pekka Vanamo, M.Sc. (Eng.), has been appointed VP, Mill Manager of the Metsä Group’s Äänekoski bioproduct mill as of 1 April 2021. Vanamo currently works as the Mill Manager in Metsä Group’s Rauma pulp mill. He has a long experience in the forest industry, before moving to Rauma he worked as the Mill Manager in Kemi mill.
Ilkka Poikolainen, the current Mill Manager of Äänekoski bioprodut mill, will start in a new position as VP, Production Technology, Metsä Fibre.
