Your role and responsibilities

Reporting to the CEU European Sales Manager, you will use your experience and motivation to build lasting relationships with customers through excellent service to ensure that our customers’ specific needs and problems are met. – Manage the sales process in France in collaboration with the CEU Sales Director. – Act as account manager: build loyalty and develop a portfolio of key accounts using Group tools such as account plans. – Develop sales in France in line with the sales strategy and internal rules, while maintaining the required margin level. – Visiting customers with product presentations, preparing and monitoring quotations, negotiating and closing orders. – Building customer loyalty, in particular by deploying our service offering. – Negotiating contracts with our customers (commercial and legal aspects) with the support of internal departments. – Building loyalty and developing a portfolio of key accounts using Group tools such as account plans. – Define the business development strategy and 4-year action plan for your sector. – Formalising sales follow-up using Sales Force CRM.

Qualifications for the role

  • You are a graduate of a Business School or DUT/BTS with 3 to 5 years’ experience in selling B-to-B products and solutions.
  • Followed by successful experience in selling B-to-B products and solutions.
  • You will be able to demonstrate your communication, listening, interpersonal, autonomous and organisational skills.
  • You’ll be able to make suggestions and you’ll be focused on customer satisfaction.
  • Finally, you are recognised for your ability to formalise projects.
  • Good IT skills, in particular Ms Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Salesforce would be a plus.
  • Resourceful, persuasive and motivated by challenges.
  • This position requires around 60% travel.
  • Fluent English required
