The Vietnamese company and the A.Celli team celebrates the startup of the A.Celli Tissue rewinder and the production of the first roll.
A.Celli Paper and Xuan Mai Paper Co., Ltd, are proud to report that the tissue rewinder supplied at the beginning of 2024 is now operative with performance completely in line with the expectations.
The E-WIND® T100 rewinder – equipped with a winding shaft extractor, a dust removal system and a function for using 12″ cores – has been used since the start up to process 2850 mm wide tissue paper with basis weight from 13 to 45 gsm at an operational speed of 1900 mpm.
For the occasion, Mr. Luong Nhu Huynh, Director of Xuan Mai Paper Co., Ltd. said “We are satisfied by the results achieved thanks to the A.Celli team and to the rewinder itself: we have produced the first roll in mid-June and its quality was already really good! We are looking forward to work again with A.Celli in the future.”
