Kurita Europe announces that the board of directors from Kurita Water Industries has appointed Mr. Jordi Verdés as Chief Executive Officer of the Kurita Europe Group as of July 1st. Previously Mr. Jordi Verdés held the position of chief operating officer. He has a long experience in Water Treatment and deep knowledge and understanding of the market and their needs. He follows Mr. Shingo Yamaga who went back to Japan to join the Global Business department as Senior General Manager.Mr. Yasuo Suzuki, Executive General Manager of the Global Business department, said: “We are very proud to nominate Jordi Verdés to lead Kurita Europe.Jordi ́s experience combined with his 20-year career and strong core values—make Jordi the right choice to lead Kurita Europe”. Mr. Verdés said,” I am honored and excited to be the first European to lead Kurita Europe. It is a privilege to be part of an organization that delivers high quality services and innovative solutions to our clients. My Focus will be to speed up the initiated change according to the market needs. We have to adapt to the changing demands and have a strong team that is prepared for that.”
