Hinojosa Launches the Third Edition of Graduates, Its Talent Development Program for the Packaging Sector

Hinojosa Packaging Group, a leader in sustainable packaging solutions, launches the third edition of its Graduates program. This strategic initiative has been designed to attract and train the best young talents in the sector. It aims to identify the professionals of tomorrow and provide them with the necessary tools to build a promising career at Hinojosa. Young graduates benefit from personalized support during their first steps in the packaging industry and are offered opportunities for advancement in a dynamic and innovative environment.

An international environment conducive to skills development

For its third edition, the Graduates program welcomes 12 new talents. With its 25 plants spread across Spain, France, Italy, and Portugal, the Hinojosa Group offers participants a global vision of the sector and a direct understanding of the opportunities and challenges of the international market. This unique experience allows them to acquire valuable expertise in a multicultural and dynamic setting. Young talents have the opportunity to develop and progress internally at Hinojosa.

To strengthen their skills, they are tasked with leading a project in one of the group’s plants, while also undergoing technical and managerial training, as well as modules dedicated to industrial processes. Each participant also benefits from a tailor-made mentoring program and continuous support throughout their journey. This personalized follow-up facilitates their integration into the company and promotes their professional development.

A well-established program with success confirmed by the positive results of previous editions

Since its creation, the Graduates program has played an essential role in the integration and development of young talents at Hinojosa. At the end of the first two editions, 10 participants have continued their professional careers within the company. Thanks to the global reach of the group, the program has taken on an international dimension. Young professionals from France, Italy, Croatia, Argentina, the Netherlands, and other countries have brought their skills and diverse perspectives to it. For this third edition, Hinojosa remains true to its values by promoting multiculturalism and the integration of profiles with an international vision.

Hinojosa Packaging Group thus reaffirms its commitment to society and young talents. The Graduates program complements other initiatives such as the Hinojosa Chair in partnership with the Polytechnic University of Valencia (UPV) as well as its investment in dual vocational training (FP Dual). The group continues to sustainably support the growth of future generations.
