For decades, the PAPER & BIOREFINERY CONFERENCE (PBC) in Graz has been an established industry highlight of the paper and pulp industry along with its value chain. Around 500 participants traditionally come together here in spring to deal with topics that are particularly important for the future.
The motto of the conference on 4/5 June 2025 is “ FIBER – ENERGY – WATER: Closing the loops for a better tomorrow!“. In the context of resource scarcity and serious environmental responsibility, a special focus is being placed on circular economy, which is seen as a key to competitiveness and climate neutrality. At an integrated Women4PaperIndustry network meeting, today’s female papermakers and their outstanding achievements will be given another spotlight.
The conference is characterised by a wide range of topics, perfectly rounded off by an interesting tradeshow. Enjoyable social events provide the perfect setting for making new contacts or refreshing older ones.
