Runtech Systems promotes energy-efficient dewatering solutions at MIAC, Italy

Runtech Systems will participate in the MIAC exhibition on October 9-11, where 250 international exhibitors present the latest technology and equipment available for the paper industry. Runtech exhibits at stand B9 together with Nash and Robuschi, other Ingersoll Rand businesses.

“MIAC is an event that we have participated with our sister companies already for many years. We enjoy the busy nature of the show and meeting with a variety of industry people. Our expertise is in the understanding of the papermaking process. Discussions on papermaking challenges and trends are valuable. Many times, the key to start improving efficiency and performance is an audit. The report acts as a roadmap for making adjustments to the paper machine, whether that involves tweaking operational parameters, upgrading components or equipment, such as installing new vacuum blowers or the dewatering elements, or modifying maintenance routines,” says Mario Battiston, Sales Manager, Runtech Systems.

Runtech Systems presents its state-of-the-art dewatering system: highly adaptable and adjustable RunEco EP Turbo Blowers to run vacuum system with lowest power possible, efficient RunDry save-alls and doctoring to recover all extracted water and prevent re-wetting, and an Ecoflow dewatering measurement system to understand all this and enable fine tuning of the dewatering at the wet end. Additionally, vacuum system exhaust can be connected as a part of the drying hood to increase drying capacity.

Runnability-orientated RunPro offers web stabilizing, machine geometry modifications and ropeless tail threading to eliminate runnability problems and to ensure fluent papermaking process.

With our unique vacuum and air systems portfolio, we can always find a perfect fit for our customer’s demands, needs and budget.
