On Friday, September 6th, the Commercial Court of Bar-le-Duc in France followed the recommendations of the Stenpa Paper Mill Works Council in Stenay by extending the judicial reorganization period of the French mill by two months. Potential buyers will have until November 8th to come forward and propose a takeover. These two months will be precious for finding a reliable buyer with a coherent industrial project for the paper mill. The Works Council continues its work of research and employee support.
