The autumn of 2023 marks an important milestone for Valmet’s historic Automation site in France. Valmet has been present in France for nearly 40 years and established a successful long-term presence by building the Bordeaux le Haillan site in 1992-1993. Closely associated with the history of the Group, the Bordeaux teams today serve pulp and paper, energy, process Industries, wastewater and marine customers in France, French-speaking Europe and North Africa.
